Welcome to
You're Right on Time
At Luz Medicine, we often remind our patients of a simple truth:
You’re right on time.
In a world that celebrates quick fixes and overnight transformations, it’s easy to feel discouraged when progress takes longer than expected. Many of us have started healthy habits only to fall away from them, or set goals that didn’t unfold exactly as planned. When that happens, we can be our own harshest critics.
But healing, growth, and lasting change are rarely linear.
Dr. Miller often tells patients, family members, and friends, “You’re right on time.” Not because the journey is always easy, but because every step forward matters. Every healthy choice, every new insight, and every renewed commitment is part of the process.
You don’t need a perfect track record to move toward better health. You don’t need to have all the answers before you begin. Sometimes the most important step is simply deciding that your health is worth investing in again.
If you’ve been considering a new habit, returning to a routine that once served you well, or taking the first step toward feeling better, consider this your encouragement: there is no perfect time to start. Today is enough.
Wherever you are on your health journey, you’re not behind. You’re not failing. You’re learning, growing, and moving forward. And you’re right on time.
Healthy Habit Spotlight: Make Water Your Primary Beverage
Sometimes the simplest habits have the biggest impact on our health.
One of our top nutrition recommendations is to make plain water your primary beverage throughout the day. Staying well hydrated supports energy levels, digestion, circulation, and overall wellness.
If you’re looking for a place to start, try choosing water most often and reserving sweetened beverages for special occasions. Unsweetened tea or coffee can also be enjoyed in moderation.
Small, consistent choices add up over time – and reaching for water more often is a simple step that can support your long-term health.
Community Event Spotlight
Are you a physician in the Central Pennsylvania community interested in private practice, primary care, or direct care medicine?
Join Dr. Miller and fellow physicians for an evening of networking, collaboration, and conversation at the Direct Care Physicians Mixer.
Whether you’re currently practicing direct primary care, exploring the model, or simply looking to connect with colleagues in the area, we’d love to see you there.

Practice Updates
We are excited to continue growing our services at our Manheim Township location. We are currently offering select laboratory services there and will continue expanding available services over time.
At this time, immunizations remain available at our Ephrata location only. We will keep you updated as additional services become available in Manheim Township.
We are also welcoming new patients at both locations. In the coming weeks, we’ll be launching a referral program to thank both new and existing patients who share Luz Medicine with friends and family. Stay tuned for more details!
We are grateful for the trust you place in our team and look forward to serving you and your loved ones.
